Order Processing

Each order undergoes a quality check before shipment.

  • Processing Timeframe: Depending on the texture, processing may vary.
    For example, Burmese textures require a longer preparation period to maintain the natural curl pattern and quality consistency.
    Please allow 7–15 business days for processing and customization before shipment.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Timeframe

  • U.S. Domestic Shipping: 7–15 business days depending on location and hair texture.

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days depending on location.

  • Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 14–30 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or unexpected carrier delays.

We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your delivery status directly through your chosen courier’s website.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their local authorities. MyCrownAct is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@mycrownact.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Orders cannot be modified once processing has started.

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout.
