💫 What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order means your item is made to order rather than pulled from pre-made stock.
Once your order is placed, our team begins sourcing, crafting, and preparing your unit or bundles according to your chosen texture, length, density, and lace type.

This process ensures:

Consistent fresh quality (no old inventory).
Authentic single-donor Raw Hair and Signature Virgin Hair directly from our partners.
Precision in construction and finishing before shipment.

🕓 Processing & Delivery Time

Pre-ordered items take between 7–15 business days for processing and shipping combined, depending on:

Hair texture (for example, Burmese and Afro Kinky textures require more preparation).
Custom coloring or curling requests (+3–5 days).
Quality check and final styling.

You’ll receive an email once your crown has been shipped with your tracking number included.
