💎 Daily Maintenance

  • Use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers to gently detangle, starting from the ends and working your way up.

  • Apply a light, non-greasy serum or natural oil (like argan or jojoba) to keep your strands moisturized.

  • Avoid heavy products that can weigh the hair down or cause buildup.

  • Store your wig on a wig stand or mannequin head when not in use to maintain shape and airflow.

🧴 Washing & Conditioning

  • Wash your unit every 7–10 wears or as needed using sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner.

  • Gently comb through with conditioner applied to remove tangles before rinsing.

  • Use lukewarm water and avoid rubbing or twisting the hair.

  • For deep hydration, apply a leave-in conditioner or deep treatment mask once every 2–3 weeks.

🔥 Heat Styling Tips

  • All MyCrownAct hair can be safely styled with heat.

  • Always use a heat protectant spray before blow-drying, curling, or straightening.

  • Keep tools below 400°F to preserve the hair’s cuticle and natural shine.

  • Limit daily heat styling to extend the lifespan of your unit.

🎨 Coloring Care

  • Raw Hair can be safely lifted to #613 (light blonde).

  • Signature Virgin Hair can be colored up to #27 (honey blonde).

  • We recommend using a professional stylist for all coloring services to maintain the integrity of the hair.

  • Always deep condition after any chemical service.

🌙 Nighttime Routine

  • Gently detangle before bed and apply a light leave-in mist or serum.

  • Cover your unit or bundles with a silk or satin bonnet or sleep on a silk pillowcase to prevent friction.

  • Avoid going to bed with wet hair to prevent tangling or shedding.

⚠️ Important Care Reminders

  • Do not over-condition; it can loosen curls or waves on textured hair.

  • Avoid chlorine and salt water — always wear a protective cap if swimming.

  • Never use alcohol-based products, as they can cause dryness or frizz.
