1. What types of hair do you sell?
We only sell Raw Human Hair and Our Signature Virgin Hair — both carefully sourced and quality-checked to ensure premium softness, longevity, and beauty.
2. Where is the Raw Hair from?
Our Raw Hair is sourced from India and Vietnam. Each origin offers its own unique qualities:

Indian Raw Hair: Soft, bouncy, and versatile — perfect for curls and waves.

Vietnamese Raw Hair: Thick, silky, and strong — perfect for sleek straight looks.
3. How long does shipping take?
All bundles and wigs are delivered within 8–14 days, depending on the texture, custom coloring, processing time, quality check, and transit.
Please note: During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be slightly longer due to carrier delays.
4. What lace do you use?
We only use HD Lace on all closures, frontals, and 360 wigs for a seamless, natural melt against any skin tone.
5. Can I color the hair?
Absolutely.

Raw Hair: Can be safely lifted to #613 (light blonde).

Signature Virgin Hair: Can be colored up to #27 (honey blonde).
For best results, we recommend having color services done by a professional stylist.
6. Do you offer custom coloring or curls?
Yes. We offer custom coloring and curl requests on most textures.
Please note that custom orders add about 3–5 extra business days to the processing time.
7. Which texture should I pick?

8. How many bundles do I need?
Here’s a quick guide based on your desired length and fullness:

12–16 inches: 2–3 bundles

26 inches and up: 3–4 bundles depending on desired volume
9. Can I style the hair with heat?
Yes. All MyCrownAct hair can be safely styled with heat.
Always use a heat protectant and keep tools below 400°F to maintain quality and shine.
10. Are your wigs and bundles made from real hair?
Yes — every piece is made from 100% human hair.
Our Signature Collection features high-grade Virgin Hair, while our Raw Collection offers single-donor Raw Hair for unmatched longevity and authenticity.
11. What’s the difference between the Signature and Raw Collections?

Raw Collection: 100% unprocessed, single-donor Raw Hair that retains its natural pattern and body.
Both are luxury-quality, but Raw Hair offers a fuller and more natural look.
12. Can I return or exchange my hair?
Because of hygiene and customization, we do not accept returns, but we do allow exchanges under certain conditions.
To qualify:

The hair must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

13. What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed or missing, contact support@mycrownact.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
