RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At MyCrownAct, we take pride in providing high-quality hair that meets our customers’ expectations. Each crown is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Exchange

Because our wigs and hair products are custom-made and hygienic items, we do not offer refunds. However, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging (including tags, lace, and protective nets).

  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only items that have not been installed, combed, dyed, or styled will qualify for exchange.

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval and the next steps for your exchange.

Exchange Process

  1. Email support@mycrownact.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos of the item.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide the return address once approved.

  3. Once we receive your item and confirm it meets the exchange criteria, we’ll ship your replacement within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene and customization, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Custom-made wigs (Signature Custom or Raw Custom Collections)

  • Used or altered units (cut lace, dyed, bleached, or installed hair)

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Hair care accessories or tools

Quality Concerns

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at support@mycrownact.com. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We’ll assess and resolve the matter promptly.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are only accepted once per order.

  • MyCrownAct reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

  • We highly recommend reviewing product descriptions and consulting our texture guide before placing an order to ensure your selection matches your desired look and feel.
